On December 18th, Steel products Department hold a meeting. On the meeting, general manager Mr.Yang addressed fervidly and sincerely, he said that during the year , all staff devoted themselves to our company , and overfulfiled their goals. Their excellent work contributed our company ’s better performance. He hope everyone struggle for better work next year.
Then manager Mr.Wang summed up this year’s performance. He said that our steel product department did great job this year. The technicians improved process, so that the efficiency increased much. Besides, they innovated the machines, it makes our products more perfect. In addition, they produced many new products according to the customers’ demand. Their excellent performance really commendable. After that, he stated the plan of next year, then he clarified corporate culture, corporate philosophy, development history, talent concept, existing teams etc.. Staff form every team were absorbed in his speech, and noted seriously. In order to strengthen the understanding among staff, some games were arranged, such as finding friends, push-and-pull, shuttlecock kicking. These action exercised staff’s coordinate ability of their hand and brain, enhanced their teamwork spirit, formed friendly working relationship.
Finally, directer Mr.Zheng of Production Department praised advanced employees and advanced groups, and awarded them. He explained company system, and said that now our company is growing faster and faster, talent introduction become more important, he hope every new staff concentrate themself to study, actively innovate, and struggle for ideal performance. Then he trained the new staff from many aspect: first of all, keep safety, he said it was very important. He taught them how to use fire extinguisher, also he emphasized how to make workshop a safe circumstance. After that, some professional technicians guided the new staff some skills related to every production process. All new staff studied seriously, they said must do good job to let leaders rest assured.
